All Flyer Buzz services are prepaid and non-refundable.

Once flyers are booked for distribution and received at the distribution center, no refunds, credits, or cancellations will be issued.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested before materials are received

  • Once distribution preparation begins, cancellation is no longer possible

Delays

Delays caused by strikes, labor issues, weather, or third-party carriers do not qualify for refunds.

Canada Post Strike? We've Got You Covered. In the event of a Canada Post labour disruption, Flyer Buzz ensures uninterrupted service with our supervised private carrier network. Flyers will continue to be delivered door-to-door or to accessible mailbox zones, based on local access conditions. Reliable, on-time distribution, no matter what.
