Flyer Buzz – Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Flyer Buzz Marketing Company (“Flyer Buzz”) and the client (“Client”) engaging in Flyer Buzz’s print, flyer distribution, digital advertising, and related marketing services.
By booking services, submitting materials, or making payment, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Print & Distribution Services
General Distribution Terms
Flyer Buzz utilizes industry-standard distribution practices, including:

Direct-to-mailbox delivery

Bundled flyer distribution
-
Non-scheduled and specialty distribution services
Distribution timelines, methods, and routes are subject to operational feasibility.
Specialty Flyers & Door Hangers
For specialty materials such as door hangers:

Placement on doorknobs is not guaranteed
-
Flyers may be placed in alternate visible locations due to access, safety, or logistical restrictions
-
Flyer Buzz is not liable for alternate placement methods
Placement Instructions
Special placement requests are followed on a best-effort basis only.
Flyer Buzz is not responsible for:

Labor disruptions
-
Weather conditions
-
Building access limitations
-
Postal strikes or external operational interruptions
Mailing Plan Adjustments
Flyer Buzz reserves the right to adjust:
-
Distribution methods
-
Delivery timelines
-
Carrier selection
This includes implementation of alternative carrier networks during postal disruptions.
Liability & Business Outcomes
Limitation of Liability
Flyer Buzz’s maximum liability is limited to the cost of the distribution service paid.
Flyer Buzz is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
-
Loss of revenue or business opportunity

Marketing performance or response rates
Delivery Assumptions
Client assumptions of non-delivery do not constitute breach unless verified through Flyer Buzz’s internal verification process.
Flyers may go unnoticed by recipients; this does not indicate improper distribution.
Prepayment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Prepayment Requirement
All services are 100% prepaid prior to production or distribution.
Non-Refundable Policy
Payments are strictly non-refundable once:

A distribution booking is confirmed AND
-
Flyers are received at the Flyer Buzz distribution center
This applies regardless of:

Campaign delays
-
Labor disruptions
-
Postal strikes
-
External or uncontrollable circumstances
Additional Costs
Clients are responsible for additional charges resulting from:
-
Incorrect file setup
-
Improper bundling
-
Specification errors
-
Reprinting due to client-supplied mistakes
Material Handling & Storage
Material Requirements
Clients are responsible for supplying print-ready materials meeting specifications:
-
CMYK color mode
-
300 DPI resolution
-
1/16” bleed
Storage & Risk
All materials are stored at the Client’s risk.
Flyer Buzz is not liable for damage or loss unless caused by gross negligence.
Spoilage & Surplus
-
Minor spoilage is inherent to flyer distribution
-
Surplus materials are held for 14 days post-distribution
-
Unclaimed materials may be discarded after this period
Labor Disruptions & Strike Contingency
In the event of labor disruptions or Canada Post strikes:
-
Flyer Buzz may deploy alternative carrier solutions
-
Apartment and condo delivery may be limited to common areas
-
Full mailbox access cannot be guaranteed
Complaints & Verification
Complaint Submission
All complaints must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of the distribution end date.
Verification Standards
Flyer Buzz’s internal verification and carrier reporting systems shall prevail in dispute resolution.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Flyer Buzz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
